This is a 2 bedroom self catering accommodation for up to 4 people in the apartment complex located on a quiet street in the heart of Swakopmund CDB.

High quality finishes and furniture, fully equipped modern kitchen, Smart TV with your favourite streaming services and unlimited internet, all available for you to enjoy and relax in.

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 4 guests.

Yes, we have a single-car onsite garage with an electric door for the guests' car. Free parking for visitors is available on the street.

Yes you will. A 4G Wi-Fi router with an unlimited internet access is available for you.

A 49" internet-connected Smart TV is available, giving you access to your favourite streaming apps such as Netflix or Disney+.

There are no regular TV channels and programmes such as DSTv or similar.

You will have a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, induction hob, beautiful Bosh electric oven, large Bosh fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher.

A full set of pots and pans and and a roasting equipment provided.

Glasses, plates, cutlery and crockery for 4 people.

Yes. There is a Woermann and Brock supermarket within a 3 minute walk and a deli/café/bakery on the corner across the street.

There is a single bathroom with a toilet separated by a door. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer and a high quality washing machine with tumble dryer.

For colder evenings and nights, there is an oil heater that you can move around.

There is no air conditioning, but that's not a problem.  The weather in Swakopmund takes care of cooling everything down :)

Make sure you have your jackets with you for visits between March and October.

This accommodation is fully certified by the Namibia Tourism Board and the Municipality of Swakopmund and has all the necessary facilities including a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for your safety.

An information pack is available in the apartment with useful contacts and directions to hospitals and pharmacies should you require medication or assistance.
